Las Vegas Company Finds Profits in Profanity and Hate Messages
(Las Vegas, NV) Voice2Page.com announced its plans to begin charging special service fees from members who record website-audio hate messages and profanity.
Co founded by Knox, a former videogame developer, Voice2Page is an Internet-audio service provider. The company’s new Record-by-Phone services grant website owners the ability use any telephone in conjunction with Internet websites for the purpose of recording audio voice messages. President Knox stated, “We have many people who love and use our audio services for promoting their businesses and online services.”
Many new voice technologies and innovative web-audio applications have sprung up with the growing popularity of downloadable mp3 music entertainment titles. It is estimated that 97% of all computers have compatible audio systems. The availability of accessible bandwidth and hi-speed technology has made Internet audio an acceptable media format and website standard. Website designers are implementing audio features into new and existing websites at an alarming rate; making web-audio one of the fastest growing trend across the Internet.
Voice2Page website members pre-register online for free website audio recording services. Once approved, members are given access to the website voice recording system via telephone and a 6-digit access pin-code. “It’s just like recording a voice message on a cell phone except your Internet visitors hear your actual voice on your website”, replied Knox. Registered Voice2Page members record free 15-second voice messages on websites, blogs and auctions.
The availability of free Internet audio services has enabled anyone and everyone with a website to have a voice. Website owners are using their sites like mini-radio stations broadcasting their voices and opinions to their own personalized world-wide-web audiences. The F.C.C. does not monitor or police the 600 million plus registered Internet websites, not to mention, auction sites, blogs, dating profiles and marketing pages. For years organizations and individuals have researched practical solutions for policing the web for unacceptable content. This enormous task would require much manpower and resources, and currently there are no means to achieve this objective cost effectively.
In an effort to reduce offensive website audio content, Voice2Page recently announced that its members who violate audio recording policies will automatically be charged $50. As a condition of approving free membership, Voice2Page requires its users to agree and accept their Terms of Service- “code of conduct” policy prior to accessing their web-audio voice recording system.
At Voice2Page, we believe it the “Freedom of Speech” and the sprit of our forefathers. Our First Amendment in the Bill of Rights grants us the power and protection to speak our minds at will. Nevertheless, we all share the privileges and burdens of listening to each other. Words are powerful… we must also assume the responsibility and liabilities that come with such power and freedom. – Michael Knox -
